Our Commitment
 

Cascades Learning commits to providing high-quality tutoring designed to support and improve each student’s learning and confidence in the agreed subject areas. Each student will receive an individualised learning plan using a structured approach and a combination of hands-on and online activities

Learning Approach & Home Support
 

Consistency is essential for progress. Parents and caregivers are expected to support learning at home and encourage completion of any recommended tasks. Initial assessments may be completed to identify strengths and areas for targeted support. Where possible, collaboration with classroom teachers supports continuity and transparency in learning
 

Attendance, Absence & Cancellations​

Regular attendance is important to ensure continuity of learning and meaningful progress.

• Fees are charged regardless of attendance

• A minimum of two lessons’ notice is required to cancel or change ongoing lessons

• ​A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any lesson cancellation or change, including absence due to sickness. If a student is unwell, we ask that they do not attend sessions in person.

• Where 24 hours’ notice or more is given, a catch-up session may be offered, subject to availability or a credit.

• Missed sessions without sufficient notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Cascades Learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in the event of tutor illness or unforeseen circumstances. Where this occurs, families will be notified as soon as possible and a replacement session or credit will be offered.

Fees & Payments
 

Fees reflect session time as well as non-contact time spent planning and preparing individualised programmes.

Payment terms and invoicing details are provided upon enrolment. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee.
 

Confidentiality
 

All student and family information is kept confidential and managed in line with our Privacy Policy. Information will only be shared with consent and where appropriate to support learning.
 

Acknowledgement
 

By enrolling a child in tutoring services, parents and caregivers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
