All student and family information is treated as confidential. Information will only be shared with relevant professionals (such as classroom teachers or learning support staff) with parent/caregiver consent, and only where it supports the student’s learning and wellbeing

Personal information is stored securely and accessed only when necessary for tutoring or administration purposes. Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
